Dennis McAndrews of McAndres Law Offices, P.C., Media, Pa, reviewed and validated the returned ballots for the vote on the proposed bylaw revisions. The results reflected 97% of ballots received approved the amended bylaws. According to the guidelines, the proposed amended bylaws pass with more than a 2/3 majority of ballots received.
