DESCRIPTION:NAGC warmly invites parents\, grandparents\, and caregivers to experience a special event created especially for them! \nNAGC25 Parent Day is a one-day event that gives caregiving adults the tools\, resources\, and networking opportunities they need to support their gifted and talented children. \n\nParent Day Sessions\nPlan to attend an exclusive 2-hour program from 8 a.m.-10 a.m. Saturday morning\, 11/15/2025\, geared especially for caregivers of gifted students. \nSaturday afternoon\, you’ll experience all NAGC has to offer by choosing from NAGC25’s Saturday afternoon sessions in 16 topic tracks\, attending informal idea sharing roundtables\, and visiting the Exhibit Hall. \n\nUnderstanding giftedness traits\, characteristics\, and behaviors\nSupporting the social-emotional and mental health needs of your gifted child\nEnsuring your child is challenged inside and outside the classroom\nWorking with your school and/or district to support your child\nBuilding relationships within the family unit and with friends\, idea mates\, and others\n\nThis is an adult-only event\, no programs or care available for children. \n
