The purposes of the discussion list are to:
- Provide a forum for teachers, administrators, psychologists, counselors and university educators to share ideas, teaching strategies, and sound instructional practices for challenging the gifted.
- Encourage collaboration between professionals in the design, development, and implementation of exemplary programs and classroom instructional activities.
- Learn about gifted education professional development and growth opportunities.
- Assist school professionals in the development and implementation of gifted individualized programs.
