- Major Camp:Last summer, we launched Innovation Project, which was a great success. Now renamed Major Camp, this program is “a voyage of discovery” where campers choose their own path, selecting their favorite Major from a broad range of options, including Animal Advocates, Design, Law, CSI/Forensics, Sports Business, Medicine, and Community Service. Then, they spend their time at camp where “hands-on” is an understatement. Our passionate team leaders from the worlds of education, art, industry, science, medicine, and law spark an enthusiasm for continuous creativity and innovation. Campers will learn how to work in teams with peers, building confidence and acquiring excellent listening and presentation skills along the way. Our amazing guest speakers and incredible field trips expose our campers to their major in a way that most won’t experience until college or graduate school. Weekly workshops, including Acting & Improv, Rocketry, Fashion Design, and Create Your Own Superhero allow campers to explore and discover additional interests. Campers will also enjoy daily outdoor recreational activities and plenty of summer fun with new friends. This three week camp is sure to be MAJOR FUN!
