How to Voice Concerns About District Compliance:
File your compliance concerns with the Office for Dispute Resolution. If you believe your district is not in compliance with the regulations, and you haven't filed a complaint, then your district's non-compliance may not be documented. [Compliance is about districts not following regulations. Due Process is about a disagreement with identification or a program in an IEP.]
To file an appeal, go to the "Consumer Request Intake Form." Print, fill out, attach a few documents of support, and mail.
